On March 15th, the first-ever Elephants in the Room competition will determine the strongest herd. A raw, unfiltered battle where only the most powerful prevail. This event is a true test of strength, endurance, and strategy.

Teams of three (MMM or FFF) will have one hour to lift the heaviest total weight across the CrossFit Total Lifts:

Deadlift
Squat
Shoulder Press

How it works?

No weight categories
Teams can strategize reps vs. weight: 200 reps at 225 lb or 100 reps at 450 lb both score 45,000 lb.
Minimum 1 successful lift per athlete per movement
One team wins – the heaviest total lifted.
Reps x Weight in every movement.

Teams can adjust their weights as often as they want, but every change must be communicated to the head judge. This process may take time, so strategic planning is key.

🍽️Post-event meal provided to athletes by Big Mig (choice of Chicken or Beef with rice & vegetables the day of the event– no vegetarian/vegan options).
