The Gorila seat is a solid piece of steel with HDPE plastic sheet protectors that can easily be installed in the rack. Meaning you can create any surface at any height in a moment.
Use it as-is to have an adjustable height surface for box squats, lunges, Bulgarian SS... & more.
Or use it as a narrow bench for seal row, lever rows, 1 arm DB rows.
This product can also be used with our jammer arms. Where you can connect the arms together to create a leg press attachement.
Gorila seat has 2 row of holes to connect with the thickness of HDPE sheet (spotter arms) and bare tube (Jammer arms)
