Gorila Weight Releasers allow the user to perform heavier eccentric lifts by creating greater force on the concentric portion of the movement. Once they hit the ground, the weight will be released from the barbell automatically.

Their design, you may have noticed, is a little different. We wanted to make loading and unloading easier during your multi-set training sessions, so we added a handle.

You can also use them to add unstable loads on your bars, using the 2 inch hole in the head. Get creative!
