The Gorila Roller J-Cups or Roller J-Hooks are a simplified rack-mounted alternatives to a competition bench.

They are Made in Canada and were designed with heavier lift in mind and are featuring very strong HDPE Composite Rollers. Once installed, the rollers and the release pins in the back will secure the J-Cups and let you move the bar from left to right so you can easily and precisely place it on your Power Rack or Squat Stand, no matter the amount of weight on it.

It will also help protect your bar and your rack from scratches. We will have replacement parts available for the Roller J-cups in case you ever need to replace those with time.
