Careless or faulty use includes excessive fall of the bar (i.e., dropping of the bar onto a box, bench, safety arms, excessive fall with insufficient or damaged bumper weights, or excessive fall with iron plates and other similar use). Any specific issue with a Gorila product that relates to customer satisfaction will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We have found that most of the problems with the bars we are replacing are related to abuse rather than manufacturing or material issues.
