- Odd Minutes: 12 Vest Burpees
- Even Minutes: 15 Vest Air Squats

PLUS 1 – EMOM 20min:
- Odd Minutes: 15 Vest Burpees
- Even Minutes: 18 Vest Air Squats

PLUS 2 – EMOM 20min:
- Odd Minutes: 15 Vest Burpees with a 2-sec pause at the bottom
- Even Minutes: 18 Vest Jump Squats
Optional Strength (if equipment available): 4x8 Bench Press or 5x5 Deadlift.
