Vest On Standard Weights — Baseline: 20/14 lbs, Plus 1: 30/20 lbs, Plus 2: 40/30 lbs

Baseline: (adjust weight as needed)

EMOM 8  Vest On for All Levels 

  • Odd Minutes:
    • 20 sec Burpee Broad Jumps
    • 40 sec Walk
  • Even Minutes:
    • 8 Air Squats + 8 Forward Lunges

Rest 3 minutes, then go right into:

EMOM 8  Vest Off for All Levels 

  • Odd Minutes:
    • 20 sec Burpee Broad Jumps
    • 40 sec Walk
  • Even Minutes:
    • 8 Air Squats + 8 Forward Lunges

 

Finisher (All Levels):

  • 12-20 Minute WLD Walk (Vest On)
  • Every 4 min: 10 High Knees March + 3 Deep Breaths
