Vest On Standard Weights — Baseline: 20/14 lbs, Plus 1: 30/20 lbs, Plus 2: 40/30 lbs

Baseline:
- 4 Rounds:
- 10m Sprint + 10m Backpedal
- 5 Burpees
- 5/5 Explosive Step-Ups (20" or lower)
- 1-2 Wall walks (If you can't do a full wall walk, stop at 45 degree angle)
- Rest 60 sec
- 4 Rounds:

PLUS 1:
- 5 Rounds:
- 10m Sprint + 10m Backpedal
- 7 Burpees over obstacle (Think db or kb)
- 7/7 Explosive Step-Ups (20" or lower)
- 20 sec Wall-Facing Handstand Hold
- Rest 60 sec
- 5 Rounds:

PLUS 2:
- Optional EMOM 10:
- Min 1: 10 Vest Jumping Lunges + 20' Bear Crawl Sprint
- Min 2: 5 Vest Clapping Push-Ups + 8 Vest Pull-Ups (Kipping, Butterfly or 5 Strict)
- Then:
- 5 Rounds:
- 10m Sprint + 10m Backpedal
- 7 Burpees over obstacle (Think db or kb)
- 7/7 Explosive Step-Ups (20" or lower)
- 20 sec Wall-Facing Handstand Hold
- Rest 45 sec
