Vest On Standard Weights — Baseline: 20/14 lbs, Plus 1: 30/20 lbs, Plus 2: 40/30 lbs

You can, of course, choose to go vest-free for a super challenging bodyweight-only workout.

  • AMRAP: 12 minutes
  • All Levels –  Vest On :
    • 200m Walk or Jog - If you have a bike or rower, use the machine Today for 200m.
    • 20 Air Squats
    • 10/10 Reverse Lunges
    • 5 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • PLUS 1:
    • Use extra pair of DBs/KBs for lunges — 35/20 lbs
    • Remove and hold vest in front rack position during squats
  • PLUS 2:
    • Everything Plus 1 + Sprint the 200 m if possible
