- 200m Walk or Jog - If you have a bike or rower, use the machine Today for 200m.
- 20 Air Squats
- 10/10 Reverse Lunges
- 5 Burpee Broad Jumps

PLUS 1:
- Use extra pair of DBs/KBs for lunges — 35/20 lbs
- Remove and hold vest in front rack position during squats

PLUS 2:
- Everything Plus 1 + Sprint the 200 m if possible
