Room to Move: Once anchored securely to concrete or wood studs, the 32" clearance from the wall provides ample space for a broad spectrum of exercises, including chin-ups, kipping pull-ups, toes to bar, muscle-ups, and calisthenics movements. The 54" x 1.25" diameter bar is powder coated with our proprietary textured matte black and secured in place by two 1/2" screws. You can choose to install the brackets as close together as you'd like inside that measure.

Flexible Installation: Link any number of brackets with just 4 feet in between. We suggest positioning the pull-up bar's center at a height ranging from 7'6" to 8' off the ground. Feel free to adjust higher to accommodate taller statures.
